Return Policy & Instructions: 

We hope you will be happy with the items you purchase from Country Driven but if for some reason you’re not, we only offer exchanges, and returns with some exceptions according to the guidelines below.  

Exchanges and Returns:

1- If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or have any questions, please email us to check exchange availability.

2- We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for an exchange.

3- Customers receive free shipping from us but they are responsible for all shipping and return charges for exchanges & returns.

4- After we receive, inspect and approve your item, you may then place an order for the desired size to replace it. If it’s a return that’s been inspected and approved, we will immediately refund your money back to your credit card.

5- “Sale” items are final and cannot be returned.  NOTE: If size or fit is wrong, email for availability on exchanges.  If items are sold out then no exchanges can be made.

6. Returns will be done on a case by case basis with the manager’s approval. Contact before returning any items: info@countrydriven.com

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please make sure you give us your correct address.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
  • All items you purchased ON SALE

Self- defense items: Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service.  Exchange items must reach us unopened with their packaging in tact. Please note that all returns without an exchange for reasons other than product defect are not accepted.  After we receive, inspect and approve your item, you may then place an order for the desired item to replace it.

NOTE: Each item is photographed to it’s very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computers/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Also real leather items can vary in color.  Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be unique in pattern/color.

NOTE: **We would love to please everyone and offer refunds on our apparel, but some people have abused the system by purchasing items, wearing them and sending them back.  This puts the item(s) in a used/worn category.  Brick & Mortar stores are visible so you can see, inspect and smell what you buy.  Being an online store, we value our customers and want them to know they’re purchasing new, unused and unworn items.**
