Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: Delivery is 1-7 business days (depending on your location)
Your order will be sent out on average within 1-3 days after ordering.
For same day shipping, your order must be made before 3:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.
Custom items (like T-shirts) may take 3-5 days to send out.
NOTE: UPS does not pick up on Saturday & Sunday. If you make an order on the weekend, it will be shipped out on Monday unless you request special shipping. We will then schedule a pickup on Saturday only.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
- Make sure you supply UPS with a secure location.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages.
- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.
- UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Ask your post office for a special address for your package to be delivered.
- You are responsible for returned shipping fees.
